It is incredibly important to be aware of ourselves. To give ourselves time to acknowledge what’s really going on. When we are suffering we just think of how hard things are and immediately want to numb that pain. Instead of attacking it full on.
Pay attention to yourself from a visceral perspective. Look outside the box, you’ve placed yourself in. Without realizing it, you have placed yourself inside a hole, surrounding yourself with darkness. Barely able to see any light.
Reach for the light, make a conscious decision to unfold whats keeping you from seeing everything. Tap into your brave mindset. When we are covering our eyes, its impossible to see whats there.
It keeps us from experiencing, from feeling love for yourself and for others. Its blocking you from pursuing what you want to do because confusion creeps in; doubt and fear creep into your mind.
Tapping into the brave mindset allows you to jump without being attached to fear. Give yourself time to wonder about yourself, so you can make conscious decisions based on what you learned about you.
There is art in suffering, its beautiful to see yourself down in the dumps needing to pick yourself up. To fight those feelings that are keeping yourself down. There isn’t anyone holding you back but you, only you are keeping yourself from finding out what you are actually capable of.
Our bodies were made to keep moving, walking, speaking, thinking. We were not made to be stagnant, we were made to flow like a river.
When things get rocky, enjoy it, ride it out. Don’t ever stop, don’t ever cover your eyes. You are worth more, you are worthy of yourself. You have the power within yourself to keep going.
Want more for yourself, want to shed those layers of pain. When confusion taps in, paint with it. Figure out what colors you need to turn your suffering into the most beautiful art piece that you are proud of.
This is when you are being aware of yourself, love the pain you are feeling, no matter what shape or form it is, and play with it. Life is only hard when you make it hard, it can be fun if you allow yourself to have fun with what you are experiencing, doesn't matter how hard it is.
